What's Happening

At a Special Board Meeting on March 4th 2024, the board of trustees, proposed the layoffs of 3, of the district's 6 full-time clinical counselors as a budget measure.

At the March 14th, 2024 Board of Trustees Meeting, Donnie Salamanca presented to the Board the Preliminary Budget. The Board decided to move forward with the Preliminary Budget, including the layoffs.

What's Next

The District must, by law, send Preliminary Layoff Notices by March 15th, 2024.
